We’re Paul and Nenita Pellegrino, and our love for Italian cuisine started with All Occasions Catering in 1996, growing into Northern Colorado Catering in 2013. In 2018, Gelato & aMore was born in Fort Collins, CO, bringing authentic Italian flavors and handmade gelato straight from our hearts to your table. Every dish tells the story of our passion and heritage.

Pellegrino means “pilgrim,” and our travels inspired every recipe. From fresh salads and pasta to Italian sandwiches and pizza, we bring global flavors with an Italian soul. Our gelato is crafted in-house using authentic recipes and special extracts shared by a gelato expert who still consults with us, making each bite as close to Italy as you can get without leaving Fort Collins.
